James Zander & Associates, established in 1983, is an independent insurance agency.  Representing numerous insurance companies, we are able to offer our clients the most competitive prices for their insurance. Because we represent multiple insurance providers, we are able to tailor coverage to meet your specific needs. 

We have developed in-house administrative, claims, and enrollment programs, which are departmentalized to provide additional service to our clients when dealing with any type of issue. Many times we will act as a liaison between the insurance company and the attending physician/provider to investigate charges, obtain needed information to expedite a claim, and clarify plan benefits. We also provide insurance summaries for  covered employees to help them to better understand their benefits. This eliminates any confusion for the insured employee and reduces the employer's time and liability in answering questions about their insurance benefits. We are also a resource to employers for information on existing and new insurance related laws such as HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and the many state laws. These services are provided as well as individual requests to a client base of over 200 employers and approximately 20,000 employees and individuals throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and across the nation.
